Everything was terrific, had a memorable stay for four nights. We had a suite with a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.- The location was unbeatable and brilliant, around 10-15 minutes walk from an art 

The hotel is charming and very inviting with friendly and welcoming staff. The location is marvelous and unbeatable, just minutes away from a beautiful arch bridge.

Location of hotel excellent. Staff excellent and concierge services excellent. We thought concierge services better than generally found in five star hotels.

Breakfast charges for omelette which is unusual. Typically provided at peer hotels without extra charge

The food was nice. The breakfast was more than adequate. The services were excellent. The rooms were good sized and light filled with views of the courtyard. The location is absolutely incredible, right in the heart of Florence in a very quiet area. 

The room was nicely decorated, light filled with a view, we liked it.

Besides, the location was absolutely perfect for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Bargello National Museum. Our continental breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. It was surely a special stay for 4 nights👌👌❤ 

It was in a great and unbeatable location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Bargello National Museum. This hotel was in a pretty nice area near to the center of "old city ", major attractions like the Duomo, and a 15th century 

This place was a wonderful and enjoyable experience with a spacious suite equipped with conveniences such as a private safe and mini-bar, and we loved the delicious drinks from the outdoor bar.

This place is a luxurious and romantic venue with excellent facilities and friendly, well-trained staff, including bartenders, front desk, and housekeeping, situated in an amazing location next to a charming medieval arched river bridge.

An executive junior suite has basic facilities you need.

It was in the heart of Florence with Piazza San Firenze nearby. The breakfast was more than adequate and delicious for mimosas and the staff were top-class. The vibe here was quiet.

The bathroom I had was a little cramped.

Excellent restaurant, exceptional courses. Fantastic stay, incredible facility, outstanding breakfast. Perfect location, minutes to sights. Amazing reception staff, warm, funny, helpful. Clean, well-equipped rooms, efficient cleaning staff. Old Palazzo with stairs, adequate breakfast.
